Carla Berrospe Rodríguez received her bachelor degree in Electronic engineering with a minor in optoelectronics. Carla obtained her master degree in the Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE) with a research in hybrid liquid crystal cells in November 2010. Carla joined the group FiCMA (Physics and Cristallography of Materials) in May 2011 working on the fabrication of crystals for laser and photonic technology. Since September 2013 she is conducting her Ph. D. under the supervision of Dr. Rubén Ramos. She is working on the development and characterization of microfluidic devices for needle-free injection applications under thermocavitation.
