M.Sc. Cecilia María Guerra Olvera received her B.Sc. degree in Physics (2012) from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Ensenada and her M.Sc. degree in Astrophysics (2014) from Universidad de Guanajuato, in Guanajuato. She joined the Department of Optics in CICESE the same year as a full time Ph.D. student. Her research interests include processing of materials and biophotonics.
