David Halaney (UCR). Project management and biophotonics.
David Halaney received his B.S. in Biology from Trinity University in 2011, and then spent 4 years as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, TX, where his research focused on improving light-based diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. He joined Dr. Guillermo Aguilar’s Laboratory of Transport Phenomena for Biomedical Applications in the UCR Department of Mechanical Engineering in September of 2015, where he is working towards his Ph.D. and acting as a Project Manager for the Window to the Brain development under C-SAMBA.
