Dr. Julio Cesar Ramirez-San-Juan, is an associated researcher of the optics department at the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics (INAOE) since 2005. He obtained his Ph. D. and M. Sc. at the same institute (2003 and 1999 respectively), and his B. Sc. at the Sciences school from the National University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City. His area of interest is biophotonics.
