Rafael Páez received his B.S. in Physics from Universidad Veracruzana in México. Currently he is a Ph.D. student at INAOE, Puebla, México under the supervision of Professor RubénRamos-García. His research interest is focused on theoretical and experimental study of complex generated fields by a Spatial Light Modulator (SLM) which could be used for optical trapping applications.
